How does it work?
Join us at Ascent Climbing Gym for Gear N’ Beer! It’s like a community yard sale for outdoor and sports equipment. Bring any outdoor gear (excluding weapons and firearms), decide a price, and sell or swap it with anyone who wants to buy or trade! The price and transaction details are up to you, Venmo or cash recommended.
This time around Ascent will also have some deep discounts on our outdoor climbing gear!
Ascent will provide tables and masking tape price tags. Equipment inspection and transaction processing is up to you.
Rope Wash
Our guides will be at the event with a station to wash your rope! We’ll also have nail polish and rope markers to label your equipment as yours.
Ask a Guide
Our guides will be available for any burning questions relating to climbing in the outdoors! Our guides are experienced and stoked to help out with anything you need!

Be sure to double check all gear before you buy. You alone are responsible for your sales and purchases.
Any faulty equipment or gear is not the responsibility of Ascent Climbing Gym or Ascent Climbing.
We must discourage the sale and purchase of PPE softgoods like used ropes and harnesses.
When in doubt, refer to manufactures instructions for inspection and retirement of safety equipment.

For those 21+ there is Free Beer
Beer is not required to participate. Non alc beer and seltzer will also be provided!
Climbing or working out is not permitted after drinking any alcoholic beverage
