We'll spend the day covering the fundamentals of top rope anchoring with natural and traditional protection.  You'll have lots of opportunity for hands-on practice in this full-day course.

Modern anchoring skills, standards and equipment

Prerequisites

Climbing top rope routes indoors or outdoors of any grade

Knowlege of top rope belaying and the figure 8 retrace knot
